We'll always tell you honestly if a repair isn't worth it — our engineers explain the fault and the realistic options before any work goes ahead, and that advice doesn't cost extra. You only pay the fixed callout/diagnosis fee for the visit itself.
What if you can't make my Priority or Same-Day slot?
Your price automatically drops to match whichever service level we actually deliver. If you booked and paid for Same-Day but we can only make it Priority speed, you're only charged the Priority price — you never pay for speed you didn't get.
Are parts included in the price?
The callout, diagnosis and repair labour are covered by the fixed fee for your chosen tier. Any replacement parts are quoted separately at trade price before we fit them, so there are no surprises on the bill.
What does the guarantee actually cover?
Standard bookings come with a 6-month parts & labour guarantee. Priority and Same-Day/Next-Day bookings come with a 12-month parts & labour guarantee on the repair. Same-Day/Next-Day bookings go further — if anything else on the same machine needs attention within that 12 months, labour is covered too, with parts charged separately if needed.
