• Invoices are due immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty

We offer a 3-month warranty on parts and labour provided by Colchester Appliance Repairs, unless otherwise stated. This warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or accidental damage
• Further faults unrelated to the original repair
• Appliances that have been tampered with after our service

5. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided unless otherwise required by law.

6. Access and Safety

The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the appliance. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for our technicians.
